Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a merchandise credit or exchange. (if applicable) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a merchandise credit or exchange.
Just4ucollectibles does not do refunds.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, if applicable, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Merchandise credits, coupons or gift cards expire in 30 Days.
Substitutions: In the interest of good customer service and customer satisfactions, substitutions of the same value and quality may be sent. If the customer does not agreed with the substitution, please follow the normal Return and Cancellation policy
Custom Made items are not Returnable, Refundable, Exchangeable and Cannot receive a Store Credit.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or store credit. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned or exchanged We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
An Exchange or Merchandise Credit will not be processed if the item or items have not been returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. (If a custom made item or non returnable item is returned, it will be returned back to the customer.)
There are certain situations where only partial credit can be granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged, or that has missing parts while in the customer's care cannot receive an Exchange or a Merchandise Credit. Also any item that is returned after 30 days cannot receive an Exchange or a Merchandise Credit.
Exchanges and Credits (if applicable)
Once your merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your possible exchange. If the item is not exchangeable due to unavailability, then a Merchandise Credit will be issued due to our no Refund policy.

If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed.
Late or missing store credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your email again.
There is often some processing time before a credit is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or receive a store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned at all.
Custom Made items are not Returnable, Refundable, Exchangeable or Cannot receive a Store Credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, any items that are wrong size, wrong color or wrong item will be given an exchange or store merchandise credit if applicable (custom made items can not be refunded/returned). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at JustfouruCollectibles@yahoo.com
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of shoes,earrings, cosmetics ( makeup), swimsuits, lingerie sets, panties, tights or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your exchange or store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not guarantee any package will arrive on a certain date.
